We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time 3pm but the room wasn’t available. If you stay at this hotel, use delivery or go out to eat. It was clean but the room had no personality. The suite was large but definitely worn and dated. They checked me in again and sent me to a different tower. I went back to the desk where they figured out that I should be in a one bedroom. I went to the room only to find that it was the studio suite that I had originally booked. When they gave me the room key, they told me that they had used my suite upgrade. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to tell me that I needed to pay them $60 per night for my existing room. They should be able to confirm it at no cost. I replied back that I had requested the upgrade using my suite nights allocation. The day before I arrived, I received an email telling me I could upgrade to a one bedroom for $60 per night. I booked a studio suite and I requested an upgrade through Marriott using my suite upgrade allocation. We stayed at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving in November.
